Smoking and Alcohol: The use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the tour inside the Vehicle.

Health Restrictions: The sunrise desert safari is not advisable for pregnant women and individuals with significant medical conditions or heart complaints.

Vehicle: Only a private vehicle is available for the trip. No sharing option is included for the Sunrise Desert Safari.
Child Safety: As per UAE law, a child safety seat must be used by children under 3 years old and will be provided by the tour operator.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or failure to show up will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
Modification Requests: Rescheduling or any modification in your booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Special Circumstances: In case of unexpected events or emergencies, exceptions may be granted at the company’s discretion.
