The Evening Desert Safari packages have the following exclusions:

• Alcohol
  Subject to local laws and availability, Alcoholic drinks are not included in the package and can be purchased at the campsite.
• Personal Expenses
  The expenses for optional upgrades, souvenirs, extra snacks or any other personal items are not included in the package.

Free pick-up and drop-off are available within the city of Abu Dhabi.

• Shared Car Transfer:
  Pickup time: Between 02:30 PM - 03:30 PM
  Drop off time: Between 10:00 PM- 10:30 PM
• Private Car Transfer:
  Pickup time: Generally, 03:00 PM - 03:30 PM. (As per your convenience)
  Drop-off time: Between 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Total Activity Duration: Around 6 hours and 30 Minutes of desert adventure.

• Valid ID: Carry your passport or Emirates ID. A digital copy (scanned or photo) is acceptable for check-in.
• Medications: Carry the medication you may need, as there may be no dispensary near the desert locations.
• Cash or card: Carry UAE dirhams or any accepted payment method for refreshments and souvenirs that are not included in the package.

• Smoking and Alcohol: The use of tobacco and alcohol is strictly prohibited during the tour.
• Restricted Photography: Respecting the Emirati cultural norms, kindly avoid capturing government offices, military sectors or local women.
• Ramadan Guidelines: Dancing, alcohol service and live shows may be paused during the holy month of Ramadan.

Health Restrictions: The Evening desert safari is not advisable for pregnant women and individuals with significant medical conditions or heart complaints.

• Vehicle Sharing: The 4×4 vehicle (Land Cruiser / Hummer) can accommodate 6 persons, or you can opt for a private car.
• Child Safety: As per UAE law, a child safety seat must be used by children under 3 years old and will be provided by the tour operator.
• Clothing: For a comfortable evening in the desert during the winter (October to March), opt for warm and breathable outfits.
• Child Supervision: A parent or guardian should supervise their children at the desert camp.

• Free Cancellation: Receive a full refund on cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled journey.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or failure to show up will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund.
• Modification Requests: Rescheduling or any modification in your booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Special Circumstances: In case of unexpected events or emergencies, exceptions may be granted at the company’s discretion.
